If it's your first time here, please take a moment to click the plus sign "up" link at the top right of the screen.

Our helpdesk allow end users to collect them, review the status of these tickets and also browse our knowledge base of solutions to common problems.

We suggest that before submitting a support ticket, you take a few minutes reading our User Guide. You will not have to log in to read about the solutions, frequently asked questions or other topics. In the forums you will find a lot of useful information about our solution.

We are constantly improving our articles in the knowledge base. Both in quantity and quality. If you have not found any major issue, asking us by opening a ticket. Perhaps your request will become clear that an article will help other User.

Want to open a ticket?

 

Create your help desk ticket by clicking: http://support.realiso.com/tickets/new

Include the name of the applicant and questions. Also include your priority rating, description, tags and files to be attached. 

Finally, click Submit, you can create a help desk ticket. Responses are made as soon as possible. Feel free to log-in and monitor the solution process.
